great location but slightly noisy at night
The hotel features charming decor, especially festive during my visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our two-night stay.
The location's vibrancy comes with some noise at night.

Exceptional location with cozy atmosphere
I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay in a comfortable Standard Double Room with Sea View. The sea views were absolutely stunning, and the bed was particularly cozy, ensuring restful nights. Breakfast was a highlight, as it featured a variety of options and delicious homemade food, but the dining area could use a bit more ambience to match the wonderful food experience.

The sea view from our premium room was stunning.
The New Year's Eve entertainment was lackluster, lacking excitement.

Had a lovely two-night stay where the room was spotless with a ton of hot drink supplies that were refilled daily. Enjoyed relaxing in the cozy downstairs lounge and checked out the fun evening entertainment. Just a heads up, the breakfast isn't included, so plan accordingly! 😊

We had an awesome time with our group of friends! The view from our room was fantastic, and we enjoyed visiting the local beach and nearby historic sites. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads up, breakfast wasn't included, but it was tasty. perfect for a fun getaway.
The only downside was the lift situation. It can be tricky for those with mobility issues since you have to climb some stairs to access it.

The stay was quite pleasant, highlighted by the fantastic view from our room. The location offered easy access to local attractions and the nearby beach, making it a great choice for our family getaway. While the rooms could use some refurbishment and we did encounter some noise from above, the cleanliness and comfort of the dining areas made up for it. it was a bargain for the price considering the great views and friendly atmosphere.

I stayed at The Belgrave for two nights in June 2024. The sea views from my room captivated me, creating a serene retreat after my adventures. Although the hot water required a long wait, the friendly staff and delicious meals made my experience enjoyable. I'll return soon.

missingWrote a review on 26 Julstunning viewscozy loungedated furnishings
Stunning views of the beach from the double room created a memorable atmosphere. The cozy lounge area provided a welcoming space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, really capturing the seaside charm.
The dated room furnishings with peeling wallpaper really detracted from the overall experience, giving a slightly shabby impression. WiFi connectivity issues in the room made staying connected a bit of a hassle, although it worked fine in the lounge. The lack of air conditioning could be a limiting factor for summer visitors, as it can get uncomfortably warm. the absence of a restaurant for evening meals left a number of guests searching for alternatives, which could be frustrating after a long day.

The family room was comfy with a really nice sea view. It felt clean and bright. The beds were super comfortable. Decor was a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us too much. Just a few dust clumps were noticed, though. it was a cozy place to stay.
